Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 7, 2016, around 03:15, the Defendant interfered with the police officer’s legitimate performance of official duties, on the ground that the police officer E affiliated with the Seoul Gwanak-gu Police Station D, who received 112 reports from the Sicule in front of Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, demanded the personal information of the Defendant.
