1. Basic facts

A. On January 5, 2009, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with D on the buildings listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant building”) and thereafter, operated a consumer store in the instant building from around that time.

B. On September 3, 2014, the Plaintiff purchased the instant building from D, and completed the registration of ownership transfer under the Plaintiff’s name on October 6, 2014.

After that, on November 5, 2014, the Plaintiff concluded a lease agreement with the Defendant on the instant building with respect to the following terms:

(hereinafter referred to as the “instant lease contract”). The amount of KRW 1,650,000 shall be paid in six (6) each month.

The term of lease shall be until January 6, 2017.

Matters of special agreement

1. The transferee succeeds to all the rights (including the lease period before the lapse) that are the same as the terms and conditions of the lease (including the lease period before the lapse) and the lessor has been changed, a two-year extension contract will be made by January 6, 2017 to the transferee, and a two-year extension contract will be made by January 6, 2017, and will be made clear without any objection, and all the civil

2. The lessee shall pay the lessor KRW 1,650,00 each month as monthly rent from October 6, 2014 to January 6, 2017.

(3) The lessee is unable to transfer, sublease, or secure the right of lease and the deposit for lease to another person, and the lessee is unable to pay the monthly rent not less than twice in arrears, the store mentioned in paragraph (1) above shall be immediately ordered.
