1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) against the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant)

(a) order the buildings listed in the separate sheet;

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On January 5, 2009, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with D on the buildings listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant building”) and thereafter, operated a consumer store in the instant building from around that time.

B. On September 3, 2014, the Plaintiff purchased the instant building from D, and completed the registration of ownership transfer under the Plaintiff’s name on October 6, 2014.

After that, on November 5, 2014, the Plaintiff concluded a lease agreement with the Defendant on the instant building with respect to the following terms:

Matters of special agreement
