A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a social work personnel member serving in the C Management Office of the Housing Management Corporation located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from October 10, 2017.

The defendant is serving as a social work personnel member at the above C Management Office on January 10, 2018, and the same year.
