1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

Reasons
ex officio, we examine the legitimacy of the instant lawsuit.
A has the authority to act for the plaintiff.
As such, the instant lawsuit cannot be seen as being instituted by a person who does not have the right of representation in the lawsuit, and is in subsidiary law.
Therefore, the lawsuit of this case is unlawful and its defects cannot be corrected, and it is so decided as per Disposition by the court below to dismiss it without holding any pleadings pursuant to Article 219 of the Civil Procedure Act.
