Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 8, 2016, the Defendant changed a private document by striking the term “43,924,320” portion of the health and long-term medical care insurance premium in the name of the president of the National Health Insurance Corporation in the name of the president of the National Health Insurance Corporation for the purpose of exercising without authority at the F Office in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office for the settlement of accounts for the health and medical care premium payment in September 2015, and attaching a paper printed out “137,576,380” above, such as correcting the term “137,576,380” and attaching it, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes, and preparing a copy of the document confirming the payment of health and medical care premium in September 2015 by modifying and copying the health insurance premium and the total amount thereof.

The Defendant, as shown in the list of crimes attached to the same day on the same day, prepared a document of payment of health and long-term care insurance premiums in 2016, the monthly payment confirmation of the National Pension in 2015, and one copy of the monthly payment confirmation of the National Pension Insurance in 2016, respectively, in the same way.

Accordingly, the defendant changed four copies of the letter of payment under the name of the president of the National Health Insurance Corporation, which is a private document on the proof of facts.

2. On December 8, 2016, the Defendant filed a claim for the construction cost with the said office, and sent four copies of the said payment confirmation to H, who is an employee of the said company in charge of the dispute settlement to the FAX and exercised the said alteration.

3. The Defendant attempted to commit fraud, at the date, at the time, and at the place of the above 2.2.3-year period from 2015 to 2016, constructed I, and sent a modified payment confirmation to the Committee for the Settlement of Disputes, as if the health and long-term care insurance premium and national pension premium were spent in KRW 1,386,765,80.

However, the payment confirmation sent by the defendant was modified, and the insurance premium paid by the defendant was only 188,484,260 won.

The defendant's belonging to this is 50% of the amount of insurance premium paid by the injured party.
