A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. An injury or special injury;

A. On May 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 01:25, at the house of the Victim C (year 54) located in Kangwon-gun, Kangwon-gun; (b) on one occasion, after drinking alcohol without any justifiable reason, performed drinking at one time; (c) on June 3, 2018, at around 00:0, the Defendant used drinking alcohol at the same place without any justifiable reason to drink the victim’s left side part of the bones; (d) on two occasions, the Defendant sawd the victim’s right-hand part requiring treatment for about seven (7) weeks; and (e) upon drinking at the left-hand part of the cage cage.

Accordingly, the defendant injured the victim.

B. Around 00:00 on June 10, 2018, the Defendant suffered, without any justifiable reason, the victim’s spawn and spawn which are dangerous objects (total length: 22 cm and 12 cm length: : 12 cm) where the victim was found, and the Defendant spawnddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd

Accordingly, the defendant carried over excessive goods, which are dangerous goods, and inflicted an injury on the victim.

2. From September 24, 2018, around 15:50 on September 24, 2018, the Defendant confirmed that, at the front parking lot of the E Hospital Emergency Station D, a victim FF-owned Gschton car (around 4 million won) parked therein was not corrected, and subsequently driven the said car with the key already displayed.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property.

3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On September 24, 2018, the Defendant stolen the blood alcohol concentration of 0.226% under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from the parking lot in the E hospital emergency room as stated in the above paragraph (2) to H of the same day at around 16:29 on September 24, 2018.
