Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below held that the defendant was guilty of defamation of August 23, 2010 among the facts charged in this case on the grounds stated in its reasoning and rejected the defendant's assertion as to the grounds for excluding illegality is justified. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of logic and experience and by exceeding the bounds of the free evaluation of evidence, or by misapprehending

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
