A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 12, 2016, at around 13:00, the Defendant: (a) placed in the “D” operated by the victim C in Seoul Central District, Jung-gu; (b) placed in each building; (c) placed one original scke in a bank of the market price equivalent to KRW 9,980; and (d) stolen the original scke in a bank.

2. On March 14, 2016, at around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) stored an original slick slick slick slick equivalent to KRW 10,900, the market price of which is owned by the Defendant at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1) in each unit; and (b) stolen the slick slick slick slick slicks equivalent to KRW 9,980, in each unit.
