1. The Defendant is limited to the reasons for sale on April 7, 201 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

1. On April 7, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a transfer contract with the Defendant on the motor vehicle indicated in the separate sheet and delivered it, but the Defendant is operating the motor vehicle without filing for the transfer registration of ownership to the present day. Therefore, the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant to accept the transfer registration procedure for the said motor vehicle from the Plaintiff.

2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
