1. Basic facts

A. M (hereinafter “the deceased”) was sentenced to the punishment of the Plaintiff A, B, C, D, E, Defendant I, and N (Death on April 26, 2003). From 2004, M resided with the Defendants and died on January 20, 201 without any lineal descendant or spouse.

B. Plaintiff F is N’s wife, Plaintiff G and H are N and Plaintiff F’s children, Defendant J is Defendant I’s wife, and Defendant K and L are Defendant I’s father.

C. On August 23, 2012, the deceased prepared a letter of delegation on the transfer of ownership of the real estate listed in Paragraph (1) of the Attached List (hereinafter “the real estate of this case”) and the agreement on the transfer of ownership of one-half portion of the real estate of this case owned by the deceased (hereinafter “the real estate of this case”) from among the real estate listed in Paragraph (2) of the Attached List No. 2 of the Attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter “the real estate of this case”) to Defendant I, and each-fourth share of the real estate of this case among the two real estate of this case, each of the two real estate of this case is donated to the Defendants, and one-eight share of each of the two real estate of this case among the two real estate of this case was donated to the Defendants, each of the above donations (hereinafter “the gift of this case”). The registration of the transfer of shares in the name of the Defendants and the share of one-fourth share of each of the real estate of this case was completed in the name of the Defendants as to each of the two real estate of this case.

E. Defendant I’s account (Account NumberO) in the name of the Deceased on August 27, 2012 to KRW 10,000,000.
