A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Child Uniforms Act (including coercion, intermediary, sexual harassment, etc. against a child) and the victim B (the 15 years of age) are as between the defendant and the victim, who became aware of the violation of the Child Uniforms Act (the 15 years of age) through G around 2016.

No person shall have a child engage in obscene acts, or intermediate such acts, or have a child engage in sexual harassment, etc. that cause a sense of sexual shame to a child.

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

(a) Dispatching video images of the victim’s chests and video images to the victim while dialogueing with the victim from EPC rooms on the second floor of EPC in Ischeon-si D Building on November 2016 at early 23:30,016;

Recing and requiring the victim to take a photograph of a telegraphic photo, a b body telegraph photograph, two photographs exposed to chests, two copies of a photograph exposed to sound, and one motion picture ( approximately one minute 30 seconds) exposed to the victim, and then transmitted the file in F;

(b) sound recording and sending to the victim, while dialogueing with the victim from EPC on the second floor of EPC in Leecheon-si, Leecheon-si, 23:00 on November 2016, byF;

In other words, the victim was requested to record a new sound recording and then the file was sent in F. The victim was sent to F.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed sexual abuse, such as having a child engage in obscene acts on two occasions.

2. The Defendant who attempted coercion, at around 09:45, August 7, 2017, sent the two-story EPC room in the 2nd floor of the D Building in Ischeon-si, Leecheon-si, to the victim B (the name of the victim, the 15 years old), and the Mesenger’s photo and video boomed by the Defendant.
