A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bchip motor vehicle;

Ultimately, as above, the Defendant: (a) by occupational negligence caused the victim C’s injury to salt ties and tensions that require approximately two weeks of treatment; (b) the victim E suffered injury to salt ties, tensions, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks; (c) the victim G (V, 26 years of age) who is the passenger of the above bus, suffered injury to the victim H(37 years of age) of the franchis in need of treatment for about two weeks of treatment; and (d) the victim H(37 years of age) who is the passenger of the franchis in need of treatment for about eight weeks of treatment.
