A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle at C in low price.

From November 4, 2014 to February 11, 2015, the Defendant, while driving the said vehicle on November 17, 2014 and driving the three-lane road in front of the E-owned station located in D at the time of racing from November 17, 2014, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at an indefinite speed along three-lanes from the side of the racing university.

At night, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by reducing speed to persons engaged in driving a motor vehicle and properly operating the steering gear and brakes accurately and safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and found the Victim F (F) who was walking along the road in the same direction as that of the Defendant’s proceeding at the front side by negligence and did not stop, but went beyond the victim with the front part of the Defendant’s driver’s car.

In the end, the Defendant caused the death of the victim by such occupational negligence in the East National University race Hospital located in the East National University, which had been under the follow-up treatment of at least 20:20 on the same day and caused the death of the victim due to low blood transfusion shock.
