1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,30,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from October 2, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

1. On October 17, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a construction contract with the Defendant, setting the contract amount of KRW 120,000,00 with respect to remodeling construction works of housing located in Yongsan-gu C, and completed construction works on October 21, 2013, starting on October 21, 2013.

However, in the process of construction, the plaintiff added construction works such as temporary installation and removal works, new and metal construction works, and the construction cost of KRW 31,300,000 additionally occurred. The defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above additional construction cost of KRW 31,300,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the day after the original copy of the payment order of this case to the day of full payment.
