A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:40 on April 6, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the Defendant at the top of the E level, in front of the E level, who was subject to the report of the instant case, and was dispatched to the said place, by arresting the Defendant as a flagrant offender of the assault and resisting to take the Defendant at the patrol vehicle, on the floor of the front G’s chest and left part of the Defendant’s chest and left part of the patrol vehicle.
