A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle Ck5 in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).

On August 18, 2017, the Defendant operated the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.179% in blood, and proceeded at a speed of about 30 km from the backside of the 2-lane 151 and from the 3-lane 3-lane 3-lane 4, the front side of the Goyangyang High School, along the two-lane 3-lane 151.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not drive a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and has a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the steering gear, brake system, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to drive a vehicle while driving a vehicle under the influence of normal driving due to negligence, which was driven by the victim D (W, 49 years old) prior to the end of the vehicle, was shocked by the front part of the vehicle driven by the Defendant, and due to the shock, the victim F (60 years old) who was driven by the said victim D's D' due to the shocked vehicle in the future, led to the replacement of the part behind the vehicle driven by the victim F (60 years old).

2. On August 18, 2017, the Defendant is under the influence of alcohol content 0.179% while under the influence of alcohol at around 0:30,00.
