When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Criminal facts

A person who intends to provide private extracurricular lessons shall report personal information, subjects, places, and tuition fees, etc. to the superintendent of education having jurisdiction over his/her domicile as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, from November 2019 to July 22, 2020, the Defendant did not report to the superintendent of the competent office of education at the north-gu B apartment C home at the port-si, North Korea-si, and received 15-180,000 won to 5 students each month from 3-4 times a week, and received 15-180,000 won for 5 students.
