Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 14, 2015, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of three million won by the Suwon District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

At around 22:00 on September 3, 2019, the Defendant driven DK 3 car volume while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.139% from the 500-meter section to the front road of the Dong-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si.

Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.
