1. The following facts are acknowledged according to the purport of Gap evidence No. 1-1 and No. 2 and the entire arguments.

A. On December 2, 2008, Plaintiff A and the Defendant drafted a notarial deed No. 772 on 2008 (hereinafter “No. 2008 notarial deed”), and according to the above notarial deed, Plaintiff A borrowed KRW 30 million from the Defendant on December 2, 2008. From January 31, 2009 to December 31, 2010, the above money was paid in installments by 1250,000 won on the last day of each month, and the interest or interest interest rate was 2.5% per annum, and the interest or interest rate was 30% per annum on notarial deed and 20% per annum on notarial deed. Plaintiff B and E did not demand additional notarial deed and 10% per annum on 30 years notarial deed and 20% of notarial deed, respectively, to Plaintiff A’s notarial deed and 20% of notarial deed, respectively, and the Defendant demanded additional notarial deed and 200% of notarial deed.
