The gist of the Plaintiff’s assertion 1) The registered design of this case and the prior design 1 and 3 are common points in terms of the shape of a certain length, the interior of the original shape, and the exterior of the original shape. 2) On the other hand, the registered design of this case is protruding the upper part of the design, while the design of this case is protruding the upper part of the design, the design 1 and 3 do not have any table, and the registered design of this case is laid down from the upper part to the lower part.
