On November 17, 2012, at around 23:55, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle from the upper end of the Myeonho-ri Co., Ltd., Ltd. to the front end of the grasspho-ri, Inc., the 1km of approximately 1km due to the influence of blood alcohol concentration of 0.175%.
