Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall engage in speculative activities by using slot machines or speculative gaming machines, other than speculative business;

From June 8, 2015 to December 12:00 of the same month, the Defendant engaged in the act of causing property profits or losses in the instant game machine by installing two types of speculative electronic recreation machines, physical fitness games, the rating classification of which was refused by the Game Water Management Committee, and having many unspecified visitors visiting the said cartoon book in an influence method, such as inserting cash in the said game machine, pressing, and raising points according to the arrangement of the pictures or numbers operated, and having them use a speculative act by exchanging the points remaining at the time of the completion of the game at KRW 500 per cash, KRW 10,00 per day, and KRW 5,00 per day per day, in the outdoor game.

2. Defendant B: (a) was employed by the said A as an employee in order to fully know that he/she exchangeds intangible results acquired through the use of game water to customers as above; (b) from June 8, 2015 to June 12:00 of the said month, the Defendant B aided and abetted the said A’s pre-delivery business by doing the act of exchanging the gains obtained by customers with the result of the game to customers.
