Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 22, 2013, at around 23:08, the Defendant driven a 80-meter B rocketing car from the front of the Seoul Seodaemun-gu Hongdong Nursing Team to the front road of Seodaemun-gu 9-378, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.129%.
