Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an employee of D (State) who is a music event held in B from September 14, 2018 to September 17, 2018, and is the manager of the counter for admission tickets to the event site, and the victim E (V, age 46) visits the event to view the event.

On September 14, 2018, at the admission ticket exchange center in Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, around 20:30 on September 20, 2018, the Defendant presented another person's identity card during a dispute, and failed to present his/her identification card, thereby preventing the victim from facing his/her view on the ground that he/she entered the event, and led the victim from his/her right arm's length and left hand, with his/her face one-time face, and led the victim to a multi-faceion that needs to be treated for about three weeks.
