A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 30, 2019, at the construction site of 01:00, the Defendant: (a) sealed the connecting strings between the simple boundary walls installed outside the construction site by hand; and (b) intruded into the construction site; and (c) cut off up to two floors underground of Cdong and D Dong through the underground parking lot; and (d) cut off 400 kilograms of electric wires, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 4 million under the management of the victim E connected with each household of Cdong and D Dong, which was installed on the wall; and (b) cut off by means of cutting off 400 kilograms of electric wires, and loading them into one ton cargo vehicle operated by the Defendant.
