Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and two months and by a fine of one hundred thousand won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On November 11, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for violation of the Act on the Safety Control of Inspection Powders, Etc. at the Sungnam Support of Suwon Friwon, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 7, 2017.

On June 19, 2017, at around 06:00, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim H located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si on the front of the I convenience store operated by the Defendant, and deemed the Defendant’s subordinate owner of the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and (b) placed the said vehicle on two separate signboards as indicated in paragraph (4), with each item separated from the signboards marked in paragraph (4), and led the said vehicle to a very rough speech or behavior, or forced another person without any justifiable reason under the influence of alcohol.

B. On June 23, 2017, the Defendant transitioned to the J road near Sung-gu, Sungnam-gu (the entire part) around 21:00.
