Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1 million.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
C is the operator of “E gas station” and “F gas station” located in Yongcheon-gu, Daegu-gu, and Defendant A, from September 201 to September 201, performed work as a warden in “G gas station” operated by C along with the above “E gas station” and operated the above “E gas station” together with C from November 2013. Defendant B is an employee of the said “E gas station.”
