Punishment of the crime

On December 19, 2012, around 00:59, the Defendant driven a B car with blood alcohol content of at least 0.191% under the influence of alcohol, from around the front of the restaurant in the name of “daily frequency” located in the Seocho-si Funeral Service, Seocho-si, to the insular distance located in the Jinsung-gun, Gangwon-do.
