Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is the representative director of the company B of the company located in the GIC in the Sinsi-si population C, and D is a person operating E.
1. Defendant A’s crime;
A. Defendant A’s sole crime committed by Defendant A in collusion with F, and around June 19, 2009, visited the G’s online access system by the GIC management committee, entered F’s affiliation as “B Co., Ltd.” and entered the purpose of the visit into “B materials supply”, and submitted an application for approval of the North Korea from the Minister of Unification to obtain approval of G from the Minister of Unification.
However, in fact, F was the H's staff who requested H's production of the H's products to use the human resources of North Korean workers working in B corporation, and then visited the GIC with the aim of providing manufacturing parts and removing completed products.
Nevertheless, the Defendant conspired with F to obtain the approval of North Korea on a false basis as above, and obtained the approval of North Korea from around that time to July 19, 2012 with F, I, and J three times in total as indicated in the following crime list.
In collusion with the accomplice on June 19, 2012, F 1F method of committing the crime at the time and method of committing the crime, as of June 19, 2012, he/she obtained the approval of the North Korea falsely as if he/she were affiliated with the accomplice on July 19, 2012, and in collusion with the accomplice on July 19, 2012, he/she obtained the approval of the North Korea falsely as if he/she were affiliated with the accomplice on July 19, 2012. 3 JJ obtained the approval of the North Korea on July 19, 2012 as if he/she were affiliated with B.
B. On December 7, 2012, the Defendant and D or L co-principal committed a joint crime in collusion with D or L, and access to the online application system for access from the said B Co., Ltd.’s office, and entered L’s affiliation as “B Co., Ltd.” and entered the purpose of the visit into “B production management”, and submitted an application for approval for North Korea’s approval from the Minister of Unification.
