Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a wing-III cargo vehicle.

On May 12, 2017, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle without obtaining a driver's license from around 25 km to the front of the Dong-gun's Gyeongbuk-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City, which is located in the front of the W Hospital, in front of the Dong-gun's Gyeongbuk-si.
