1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,00,000 and the interest rate thereon from August 29, 2019 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from August 29, 2019 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of the copy of the complaint of this case, shall be recognized, and the exceeding part shall be dismissed.
