Punishment of the crime

1. Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with C and D to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. From January 2018 to February 20, 2018, Defendant A, a single crime committed by Defendant A, with the trade name of 1701 in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu building and 1701 in Mapo-gu Officetel 816 in Seoul Mapo-gu, “K,” reported commercial sex trafficking advertisements posted on Internet site, “L”, “M”, etc., by having male customers receive KRW 100,000 won for sexual sex trafficking and pre-employed sexual traffic women receive KRW 100,000 for sexual traffic, and had them do similar sexual intercourse by having them look at the sexual organ of male customers.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts.
