Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2013 High Court Decision 2612] The defendant is a person who manages farmland owned by another person and engages in agriculture.
At around 09:00 on June 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) developed another’s land in the Dong-gu Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, for about 10 years in a dry field; (b) however, on the ground that the victim D (the aged 41) leased the land in a dry field, laid down approximately 300 square meters in around 30,00 the land of the said lot number on the ground that the victim D (the aged 41) deepededed the fruit of a tomb, the Defendant damaged the property by cutting down the fruit of approximately 600,000 won in the market price, such as dump, flooding, stoma, sandtoma, and son.

1. The Defendant violated the Animal Protection Act: (a) the Defendant entered into a mediation decision on the luxy lawsuit in which the Defendant would receive four million won from F on the condition that the Defendant would receive four million won from F on the condition that the Defendant would suffer from the victim D management of the said real estate from November 1, 2012 to April 30, 2015, with the permission of F, for about ten (10) years, under the permission of F, which is a friendly son, located in four lot numbers, such as Daegu Dong-gu E, Daegu-gu.
