1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a new director general of E, an incorporated association, and the victims are general members of the above E.

1. On September 2, 2015, the Defendant’s indecent act by force against the victim F, who committed an indecent act on September 23:30, 2015, when he saw Hing room 1003 located in Daegu Suwon-gu G, the Defendant 24 years old, sitting on the left side of the victim F (the Defendant 24 years old) in the right side of the victim’s back, hing up his arms, hing up the victim’s hing off, and hing up the right side, and “hing off” should be deducted.

On September 3, 2015, the Defendant forced the victim I to commit an indecent act on the part of the Defendant: (a) completed a meeting of the Defendant’s father-sing in front of the instant singing room on September 3, 2015; and (b) he/she would take on the part of the victim I (the 37-year-old age), without getting a taxi, without getting a taxi.

하여 대리 운전 기사가 운전하는 피해자의 차량 뒷좌석에 탄 다음 1 ~ 2분 후 차량이 대구 수성구 황금동 황금 네거리 부근을 지날 무렵 갑자기 조수석에 앉아 있는 피해자의 목덜미와 귓불, 얼굴을 양손으로 약 6분 가량 계속 만져 피해자를 강제로 추행하였다.
