Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 28, 2014, at around 15:25, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a B rocketing car from approximately 500 meters away from the Dowing Station located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the front road of the Dowing Station located in Dobong-gu, Dobong-gu, Seoul.
