The lower court, on the grounds indicated in its reasoning, determined that the instant facts charged were recognized, rejected the grounds for appeal concerning the mistake of facts by the Defendant, and upheld the first instance judgment.

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.
