A. In collusion with B, C, etc., the Defendant, from October 2, 2014 to May 22, 2019, entrusted the management of food waste in the same manner to the Management Bank F, from the time on 30,590 tons of industrial waste of 30,590.87 tons of industrial waste from May 22, 2019, by entrusting the disposal of food waste to the Management Bank F, a commercial waste of 20 tons, which is an intermediate processing plant waste, which is an industrial waste, which has been disposed of by intermediate processing business.

B. On January 17, 2018, in collusion with B, C, etc., the Defendant entrusted the management of 1.5 tons of deck water cases, which are commercial wastes, to G that did not obtain a waste disposal business license, etc.

C. On May 20, 2019, the Defendant, in collusion with B, C, etc., entrusted the management of the instant business establishment with G that did not obtain a waste disposal business license, etc.

On January 12, 2019, in collusion with B, C, etc., the Defendant entrusted the first processing of food wastes to H. which did not obtain a license, etc. for a waste disposal business, and the Defendant treated approximately KRW 3,236 tons of industrial wastes (3,236,380 kilograms) over 345 times, as shown in the separate crime list 1, from that time, to May 24, 2019 by entrusting the same to H.

2. The Defendant, B, and I’s joint conduct - The Bank in violation of the Waste Business Scope shall be a recycling enterprise which can cover only wastewater treatment sludge and plant residues and recycle them as final composts, and food wastes shall be included in the scope of wastes covered by the business.
