1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,494,580 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from April 10, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On February 21, 2014, the Korea Environment Corporation established that the Korea Environment Corporation’s regional headquarters (hereinafter “Korea Environment Corporation”) made a public announcement of the construction work for dismantling and disposing of asbestos slate from the Busan Dong-gu, Jung-gu, and Seo-gu (hereinafter “instant construction work”) (hereinafter “instant construction work”) to the effect that “the method of sharing shares for supplementing licenses can be available, and the representative must be the operator of the non-building structure dismantling work.”
B. On February 24, 2014, the Defendant Green Korea Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd”) entered into a joint supply and demand agreement with the Heavy Heavy Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “China”) on the method of sharing shares (with respect to the licensing type of business, Defendant Co., Ltd. was engaged in dismantling and removing asbestos) and the said construction was awarded a successful bid on March 6, 2014 by participating in bidding.
C. Around that time, Defendant Company entered into an oral agreement with Defendant Company to allocate 15% of the total construction cost to Defendant Company and the remainder to 85% of the total construction cost to Defendant Company.
On March 24, 2014, the Defendant Company entered into a joint contract with the Korea Environment Corporation on March 24, 2014 by sharing the construction period from March 25, 2014 to November 30, 2014, with the representative of the Defendant Company as the Defendant Company (non-meter, structure dismantling construction business), the subcontractor’s mid-to-face comprehensive construction cost, the total construction cost of KRW 594,259, and the construction period of KRW 850.

Plaintiff
The Tax Return Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Plaintiff Co., Ltd.") shall be the instant construction project around March 2014 between the Central and Medium-Large Companies.
