The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Around July 25, 2018, the Defendant, at around 23:50 on July 25, 2018, abused the victim D face on one occasion by drinking in front of C located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju.

2. The judgment is a crime falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act, which cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s express intent under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act. The victim D submitted a written agreement containing the intent of not wanting to punish the defendant to this court on October 26, 2018. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327(6) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
