1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 309,668,943 as well as KRW 263,007,117 from June 1, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. Provided, That value-added tax shall be borne separately by the defendant.

(2) The commencement date of applying management expenses shall be the date the defendant first arrives between the commencement date of interior works for the object of sublease and the commencement date of the period of sublease contract.

Article 6 (Methods for Payment of Price) (1) The defendant is a bank holiday on the fifth day of the corresponding month.
