1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 309,668,943 as well as KRW 263,007,117 from June 1, 2016 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On October 1, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant”) to sublet a part of the 103th floor of the land lots outside 1039, Dong-dong 1039, Dong-dong 1039, and the name of the building outside Gyeonggi-do 1039, Dong-dong dong 1039, Dong-dong 1039, where the subject matter of the loan is located (e.g., indication of the leased object).

The Plaintiff at a business facility for the use of a 1,576.38 square meters 1,576.38 square meters 23 stories 23 stories 23 stories 1,576.38 square meters 23 stories 23 stories 1,576.38 square meters 23 stories 23 stories 5,000, shall sublease the object of sub-lease as described below to the Defendant under the terms and conditions of this contract,
Article 2 (Period of Sub-lease Contract) (1) The period of sub-lease contract shall be October 1, 2012 to September 30, 2015.
Article 3 (Bloon Deposit) (1) The defendant shall deposit the money with the plaintiff as the deposit for sub-lease (Won 219,738,000) at no interest rate during the period of the sub-lease contract.
Article 4 (Transfer Fee) (1) The defendant shall pay the plaintiff a monthly sublease of KRW 21,974,000,000 (Won 21,974,000).
Provided, That value-added tax shall be borne separately by the defendant.
(2) The starting date to apply the sublease shall be the first day between the beginning date of the actual use of the object of sublease or the starting date of the period of sublease contract.
Article 5 (Management Expenses) (1) The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 11,942,000 (Won 11,942,00) as the basic management expenses of the building every month.
Provided, That value-added tax shall be borne separately by the defendant.
(2) The commencement date of applying management expenses shall be the date the defendant first arrives between the commencement date of interior works for the object of sublease and the commencement date of the period of sublease contract.
Article 6 (Methods for Payment of Price) (1) The defendant is a bank holiday on the fifth day of the corresponding month.
