1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On June 7, 2004, the Plaintiff and the Defendant: (a) at the joint law office, a notary public signed a letter of agreement No. 2785 of the Ministry of Justice No. 2785 of the 2004 (hereinafter “instant agreement”); and (b) made the following agreements (hereinafter “instant agreement”).
The debtor, the creditor, or the plaintiff (or D) promises to the following five parcels of land (hereinafter referred to as “instant real estate”) currently pending in the lawsuit (hereinafter referred to as “instant real estate”).

The Defendant shall grant to the Plaintiff (or D) all the rights to the portion of the market value at the time of winning the said real estate as at the time of winning the said real estate in return for the claim of the Plaintiff (or D) where the said real estate becomes its original location after winning the lawsuit.
Here, bonds refers to all kinds of basic bonds interest rates, legal interest rates, family mental and physical compensation
2. In addition, at the time of selling the instant real estate, the amount equivalent to one-third of the sales contract deposit or intermediate payment, etc. is to be transferred to the Plaintiff upon deposit to the Plaintiff.
In addition, in all cases, the hospital is newly constructed or used for other purposes, such as construction without selling and buying the hospital, the United Nations is required to fully pay the agreed amount before it.

5. If the issue of this case’s real estate lawsuit is not smooth, the debtor’s defendant, as the head of K Hospital affiliated with the social welfare legal entity J, promises to perform his/her obligations as the actual welfare legal entity J and K Hospital's driver.
At present, it is stipulated in the letter of commitment that the performance of the obligation will be performed directly or indirectly by all the businesses supervised by the J Corporation, which will be the subject of the obligation.
The statement of commitment shall be paid every 10 million won monthly at the time of each month (from the date immediately after the completion of the lawsuit) in the future.
