Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall fell standing timber, excavate or gather forest products, or do so without permission from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu or the head of a regional forest office.

Nevertheless, on February 15, 2015, the Defendant cut down approximately 14 glue trees (around 2.32 cubic meters) from the forest located in Macheon-si B without permission of the relevant market.

Accordingly, the defendant cut standing timber in the forest without permission of the commemorative market.
