Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of the E Car Ara 4 car.

On March 4, 2017, the Defendant was moving back to F side of the branch of the Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and turned back to the right side and changed to the left side of the road.

At the time, it was night and there was five-lanes, so there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle by reducing speed and checking the right and the right and the right of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected the left-hand si and changed the lane from the left-hand si to the direction of the straight line, and caused the said si to 180 degrees by shocking the front winger and the penter part of the Hsi driving by the victim G (the age of 39 years) running along the two-lanes from the direction of the camping line on the right-hand side of the front side of the Defendant’s car driver’s seat.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from injury to the victim G, who is a taxi driver, such as light salt, which requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment, and suffered injury to the victim I (the 43-year old-age-old customer), a customer who was accompanied by the above taxi wing commander, in two opens to the victim I (the 43-year-old customer), and at the same time, destroyed the damaged vehicle to have a total amount of KRW 4,741,222, including the exchange of the front driver, and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as providing relief to the victims.
