Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 01:30 on November 14, 2013, 2013, driving a truck for collecting food wastes on the road in front of the Busan Southern-dong Newdong, Busan-dong, and then, (b) caused a dispute between the victim B's CMW vehicle and the vehicle entry, and (c) prevented the victim from getting out of the vehicle, and caused a defect in the victim's vehicle's driver's seat on the front door of the vehicle once, and thereby, damaged the property equivalent to KRW 1.2 million.
