A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 21, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Busan District Court on May 5, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan District Court on May 5, 2014. On June 24, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of five million won on September 11, 2015 by imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. at the Busan District Court.

1. On February 12, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes), violation of the Road Traffic Act (SP) and the Road Traffic Act (SP) by driving a motor vehicle from Ad-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not be allowed to enter the road bypassing it as it constitutes a one-way signboard with a right-hand sign.

Nevertheless, the defendant violated the prohibition of entry into the victim E's car due to the negligence of entering the course and normally proceeding in the opposite part of the defendant's moving direction. The part behind the left-hand side of the victim's driving car is shocked to the left-hand side of the above part of the victim's G driving car which was proceeding behind the above driver's car. Then, the left-hand side of the victim's G driving car is shocked to the left-hand side of the above part of the victim's G driving car which was proceeding behind the above driver's moving-up car. While the victim's I continued to go up to the left-hand side while moving-hand back to the left-hand side, the defendant shocked the left-hand side part of the victim's K driving which was stopped on the right-hand side of the above part, and was parked.
