Defendant
A Co., Ltd. is a corporation established on October 1, 2013 for the purpose of manufacturing and selling household goods, and Defendant A is in charge of the following duties: (a) miscellaneous retail and open market sales business in the name of “H” from Lldong G, and at the same time, miscellaneous retail and open market sales business is operated by B, which is the husband, in the above-mentioned Co., Ltd. B, which is operated by I, the husband.
1. Defendant A
A. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on Fraud, Subsidy Management, and the Employment and Labor, when hiring the unemployed as part-time contract workers, knew that there was “support projects for creating jobs on a part-time basis as seen earlier” to support 50% of the monthly personnel expenses from the Employment Insurance Fund, and did not actually intend to employ the unemployed, he/she would be able to apply for the above project subsidy despite having no intention to do so. On June 30, 2014, the Defendant applied for the above job creation support project to the Gu Employment Center of the Daegu Regional Employment and Labor Office for the said job creation and obtained approval on July 4, 2014, and applied for the same project to B on March 27, 2015, with the approval of March 31, 2015.
Since then, the Defendant stated that, around February 2, 2015, the “H” was employed by the staff J and K employed as part-time workers on March 1, 2014, and that, as the Defendant employed on a part-time basis as a part-time worker on August 1, 2014, each of the “employment Date” portion of the “employment Date” in the “employment Date” column of the application for the above Support Project,” “81 to 10 October 31, 2014,” “3,300,000 won” and “amount of the application period,” respectively, “1,650,000 won” and “amount of the application amount,” respectively, “two persons,3,300,000 won” and “department,” and indicated as “two persons,3,300,000 won, monthly amount of payment, the list of workers, the worker’s labor contract, wage schedule, wage schedule, wage schedule, attached to the same month.
