1. The Plaintiff. The Defendants ordered the building indicated in the attached list, and Defendant B issued the above building from August 10, 2013.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On November 10, 2012, the Plaintiff filed a claim against Defendant B with Defendant B for the lease of the building listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant building”) at KRW 3,00,000 per month, KRW 80,000 per month, and KRW 10,000 per month, and the period from November 10, 2012 to November 9, 2014. The Plaintiff delivered the said building. Since Defendant B did not pay a rent up to the present day after July 10, 2013, the Plaintiff sought payment of rent or unjust enrichment at the rate of KRW 80,000 per month from August 10, 2013 to the name of the said building.

B. The instant building claimed against Defendant C is owned by the Plaintiff, and as Defendant C occupies the said building, Defendant C seeks an explanation of the said building based on the right to claim the return of the property owned.
