Punishment of the crime

On September 4, 2016, at around 09:30, the Defendant driven a B observer car without the driver’s license in a section of about 1 km from the Do in front of the second complex of the Soter Village located in the Dong-dong, Kimpo-si to the front road of the apartment located in the same Dong.
