Punishment of the crime

On June 19, 2015, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information on June 27, 2015, who was sentenced to a fine of 5,00,000 won by committing a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse by the Seoul Northern District Court.

Where any personal information submitted, such as contact information, is changed, a person subject to registration of personal information shall submit the reason and details of the change to the head of the competent police station within 20 days from the date the reason

Nevertheless, the defendant terminated the "C" mobile phone number under the name of the defendant on January 25, 2016, and signed a new "D" on the same day and changed contact information, but did not submit a report of change to the head of the competent police station within the deadline.
