A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a cruise vehicle B.

1. Around 22:00 on April 14, 2020, the Defendant driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.186%, and driving the said vehicle at a speed that cannot be known to the south-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, from the long distance side of the wing Station of the wing Station, at a speed that is not known to the south-west side of the wing Station.
